Charles return's to Walnut Grove. A land grabber attempts to take the town, which is then blown up one building at a time so he isn't interested in taking it anymore.
I think that after this happens maybe they all come back: the Olesons, the Wilders, Dr Baker ect. all the people from the last series return to rebuild the town and live in it and life continues on in Walnut Grove! :)
