She was robbed by a Philistine right after receiving all the dirty money. Samson was not there to protect her. She became poor and without love. Delilah was known as " the woman who betrayed her lover". Soon after, she died alone and in poverty.
She did so for material gain.
Judges 16: 5 states: "And the axis lords of the Philistines proceeded to come up to her and to say to her: 'Fool him and see in what his great power is and with what we can prevail over him and with what we are certain to tie him so as to master him; and we, for our part, shall give you each one thousand one hundred silver pieces.'"
No one knows for sure but she probably died at the Philistine festival of their god Dagon were Samson killed at great number of them while he died as well.

Delilah was the woman who betrayed Sampson in the Bible. The story is in Judges 13-16.

It's not. There is no mention of Delilah's adultery, Delilah being Samson's wife, in the Bible. However, Delilah did engage in treason and deceitful behavior, using sex to elicit from Samson the cause of his strength and cutting his hair when she discovered this to be the source of his power.
