Yes. Leafpool becomes a warrior. Since Crowfeather mated Nightcloud to prove his loyalty and now it's destroyed because of the secret, Crowfeather might meet with Leafpool and escape again to talk about their feelings.

At the end of "Sunrise," Leafpool decides to leave ThunderClan after her secrets are revealed to the clan, causing turmoil among the cats. She goes to live as a loner with Crowfeather, her former mate, and their kits in the territories beyond Clan territories.

∙ 12y agoShe exiled herself from the clan because of what she'd done (falling in love with Crowfeather, having his kits and keeping it a secret from everyone except her sister Squirrelflight, and apparently even Crowfeather didn't know that he was the father until Sunrise)
Hollyleaf, her daughter, tried to force her to eat deathberries because she hated her mother for what she'd done. Leafpool convinced her that living was more painful than dying, given that she had lost everything (Crowfeather, her life as a medicine cat, and her kits didn't even love her)
Later, in Omen of the Stars, she became a warrior
