How did Superman become Superman?

He came from a planet in outer space where super powers like his are natural.

Understand it is a comic and nothing has to make sense. His home planet Krypton had a red sun and Earth has a yellow one. That is supposed to make the difference. His father Jor-El sent him here in a rocket . Their planet was destroyed when their sun blew up. His body is suppose to be denser making him bullet proof here. I can allow for the x-ray and heat vision and the being bullet proof, but how does he fly. He would have to generate some force to push against a surface to fly. He just does. It is never explained how he does what he does, just that it is because of the different types of suns.

He fought the intergalactic monster Doomsday and was killed- but he resurrected several months later when it turned out he had only gone into a Kryptonian hibernation after falling from the fight.

yes of course he comes back to life. he has an outer body expirence. he meets uncle ben how says it is not his time and another person who says if he should die again then he would have to stay here. and he got taken back to his body and came back to life.
