What happens if you don't follow a healthy diet?
You become less healthy.
well... you have to stay healthy so you have a good balanced diet, and you dont get sick, and no smoking. when you exersice, you need to be healthy, and produce your stamina.
Because if you dont have a healthy diet, you will become overweight and possibly die from obese weight
