two primary colors
You get a mixture.
primary colors make secondary colors you mix two primary colors to get a secondary color
When you mix two primary colors in equal parts, you get a secondary colour. For example: 1 part Red + 1 part Blue = 2 parts Purple. If you mix two primary colours in a two to one ratio, you get a tertiary color. For example: 1 part Red + 2 parts Blue = 3 parts Blue-purple. When you mix all three primary colors in equal amounts, you get a very dark grey/black. If you mix all three primary colors in anything but equal amounts you will get some form of brown.
Blue and Yellow are the two primary colors that mix to make green..
Red is a primary colour, you can not mix to achieve it.

Equal parts of the two colors make orange. If you mix 2 reds and one yellow you end up with a reddish orange color. You can mix the two colors in other ratios to make other hues of orange.

Sorry, you can not get brown from mixing two primary colours... you must mix all three to achieve a brown.
You can make orange from red and yellow. If you mix them in equal parts you get the secondary color. Other ratios of the two will create different hues of orange.
Nothing can be mixed to create yellow, as yellow is a primary color, assuming you're asking about paint. (subtractive) But if you're working with colours, as the below example specifies, green and red light mix to make yellow light. (additive) Another view: sorry that's wrong...otherwise on a component feed into your TV there would also be a Yellow lead. To give you a clue there is R, G, B meaning Red, Green and Blue, no yellow surprise surprise, try again.. Red and green make yellow, Yellow is not a primary colour....Red, Green and Blue are the only primary colours.
In terms of actually physical colour, yellow is primary and therefore cannot be produced using two colours. In terms of light colour, red and green light produces yellow.
