Oxycodone depresses your central nervous system and alcohol is also a CNS depressant. Taking both in small doses might be okay for the majority.

However, if you take too much, you will become drowsy, fall asleep, and you may stop breathing, which of course results in suffocation and death.

Alcohol has no effect on pain, but it increases the other CNS effects of oxycodone (euphoria, drowsiness, dizziness).

Drinking alcohol with oxycodone increases the risk of overdose and death related to narcotics.

Oxycodon is known to cause dizziness and drowsiness and alcohol is known to contribute to those side-effects and can make symptoms worse. Taking oxycodon or any other acetaminophen can increase one's risk for liver damage.

You'll get high, as with smoking most drugs. Oxy is an opiate and VERY addictive, I've lost a few aquaintences to this drug.
