The use of alcohol increases the risk of stomach irritation and bleeding. People taking naproxen should avoid alcohol. You can, I wouldn't recommend it. That can tear up your stomache! It's an anti inflammatory (sp) and it can bother you if you don't take it with food. Ask your doctor and be careful mixing anything with alcohol.

There is no reason you can't take naproxen sodium with your coffee. The caffeine does not affect things.
