Ask every doctor, they will all strongly advise against it. A miscarriage is a pregnancy that your body rejected. The way your body rejects it you will vaginally bleed the rejected pregnancy. The blood that comes out is all sorts of bacteria. The reason why DON'T wear tampons during the bleeding process of the miscarriage is because the tampon is inside of you trapping the bacteria. When the tampon is in, the bacteria has no where else to go. So in turn, the bacteria embeds itself in your uterus and can cause complications if no medical attention is sought. So some life-saving advice is DO NOT WEAR TAMPONS DURING THE BLEEDING FROM THE MISCARRIAGE!!!!

No. If that were so then women would insert a tampon instead of paying all that money for an abortion. However tampons should not b used during pregnancy. For what? You dont get a period. Pantiliners can be used for discharge.

why would you use a tampon during implantation. you shouldn't bleed much just very light spotting. I don't think it will cause a miscarriage but i imagine it would be rather uncomfortable and could increase your chance for infection. try a pantiliner instead

Hopefully no one would be so irresponsible as to use a tampon during implantation bleeding. The bleeding is unlikely to be heavy enough to warrant using a tampon, even if it was you'd not know how heavy it would remain so you risk using a tampon without sufficient blood flow. Tampons dry-out vaginal tissues causing ulceration in the vaginal walls that give TSST-1 toxins responsible for TSS a more direct route into the bloodstream, thus using tampons during implantation bleeding may increase TSS risk.

No, you shouldn't use tampons unless you're menstruating.

Tampons don't just absorb blood they also absorb vaginal moisture needed to keep the vaginal tissues moistened in order to protect them from damage. By drying-out vaginal tissues tampons can cause small tears and ulceration in the vaginal walls, as well as uncomfortable this gives TSST-1 toxins direct route into your bloodstream so increasing risk of Toxic shock syndrome.

Tampons should never be used when not menstruating or with spotting, if you experience spotting use liners, pads, menstrual cups, or softcup but not tampons or similar options,

What is the difference between implantation bleeding and mentrual period?

During implantation bleeding, it is only a little spot of blood or a few little spots. You only need a pantyliner for it, not a tampon or sanitary towel. It only lasts for a day

What happens if you use a tampon during bleeding in miscarriage if you didn't know you were pregnant?

There are no ill effects from using a tampon for bleeding from miscarriage, whether or not you knew you were pregnant. You can use tampons or pads for this bleeding. If bleeding is extremely heavy, pads may be easier.

How can you tell the difference between your period and implantation bleeding or what does it mean if you bleed lightly between your periods?

If you bleed lightly during your periods it is probably because you are ovulating. The difference between a period and implantation bleeding is that a period is heavier and lasts for longer and will need a tampon or sanitary towel, but implantation bleeding is light, not constant and only lasts about 1-2 days. You only need a pantyliner

What happens when you put a tampon in your mouth to stop your gum bleeding?

There is no harm in putting a tampon in your mouth to stop your gum from bleeding. If you're bleeding that much, an early appointment with your dentist would be wise.

Is it possible that since you only bleed when you pee its a sign of implantation bleeding its heavy but dont need a pad or tampon?

If you only have blood in your urine, that's more likely to be a UTI. If you only have blood that's noticeable when you wipe, it could be implantation bleeding (rare) or ovulation bleeding (more common).

What is the difference between a period and implantation bleeding?

Hi, *Period: - A period is a normal period, normal flow for you around the time you expect your period to arrive. You can not be pregnant and have a normal period. A period signifies that no egg has been fertilised and the egg breaks down and causes the period. * Implantation Bleeding: - Implantation Bleeding occurs 8-12 days after unprotected sex when the egg has been fertilised by the sperm. Not every woman experiences implantation bleeding and it is not as common as many people believe. When implantation bleeding occurs its usually spotting of blood or light bleeding which lasts a few hours to 2 (sometimes 3) days. Implantation bleeding can be: * Light bleeding in underwear. * Bleeding not requiring a pad or tampon. * Bleeding or streaks of blood on tissue paper when you wipe. * Pinkish bleeding which is light. * Brown bleeding which is light. * Discoloured pinkish, redish or brownish vaginal discharge.

Can you have cramps and bleeding during implantation?

Signs of IB are: * Light bleeding that lasts a few hours to 2-3 days. * Pinkish/brownish or reddish vaginal discharge. * Spotting of blood. * Spotting of blood that does not require a pad or tampon. * Spotting that is pinkish in colour. * Spotting that is brown in colour. * Light bleeding that is either pink or brown in colour and sometimes red.

What happens if you use a tampon 3 days after a colposcopy?

If you use a tampon three days after a colposcopy with biopsies, you could disturb the clot on the biopsy sites and they could start bleeding. Take out the tampon and just use pads for a couple of weeks.

What is the difference between implantation bleeding and your period?

Implantation bleeding is only a few spots of blood, nothing like a period. There's no flow to Implantation bleeding and it just spots of blood which I've had mine was stringy pink blood in discharge. Implantation blood can be brown/pink/red . Days from 1-3 that's how long it can last for 1-3 days its nothing like a period 1 in 3 women get it. It can be stringy or thick. You can get a bit of a belly ache just for the day. Period has a flow a period starts light - heavy-light where as implantation bleeding stays light and periods have cramps it can also have clots as well . Hope I help from Pink Princess Your period will have a flow to it. It will come out whether you are going to the bathroom or not. I believe I am experiencing implantation bleeding at the moment. It is brown and sort of stringy, but I only get it or see it when I wipe. It doesn't just come out of me, only when I use the restroom and it doesn't happen everytime I go... like I don't need to have a tampon in or have a pad on. I miscarried last month and the bleeding was completely different than anything, implantation or period. Note to those pregnant and experiencing bleeding, please call your health care provider, it is very important. The bleeding I experienced from the miscarriage was heavy, very red and had lots of clots. Not a normal period... and the miscarriage bleeding (7 days) lasted longer than a normal period for me (5 days).
