What happens on Edward and Bella's honeymoon?

On their honeymoon, the two of them went to Isle Esme, an island given to Esme by Carlisle. There, Edward kept his promise by trying to have sex with Bella without hurting her. They did successfully, but when Bella woke in the morning she had a lot of bruises and was covered in feathers, due to Edward having bitten the pillows. Bella became pregnant, and they left the island straight away.

She wakes up the next morning bruised from head to toe, the headboard is busted and she is covered in feathers from pillows. Edward is ashamed that he hurt Bella but she is ecstatic. Over the next couple of days Bellas wounds begin to heal and everything is normal except for the fact that she wont stop eating food. She keeps acting strangely throughout the honeymoon and then by the end she throws up. Edward is deeply concerned and decides to call Carlisle, he soon finds out that the symptons she has been having are because she is pregnant with a half human/vampire baby.
