I would suggest reading the manga naruto and try to guess for yourself. However what will most likely happen is this: Naruto realizes that there is a war going on while he is training with bee-sama. Naruto goes on a rampage and takes out all the zetsu clones with clones of his own. Naruto fights Sasuke, it is a bloodbath. Sasuke realizes how great naruto is before he dies. Naruto becomes the next Hokage.

The Naruto series is still on going so to tell you that Naruto becomes Hokage is imposssible until the manga gets to that point, and since its ongoing, and Kishimoto himself said Naruto will last a long time we will not know for a while.
