The cell becomes a virus breeding machine the virus takes over the cell and uses it to make more viruses
When the virus attacks the body it starts copying it self. How does it copy it self? The virus doesn't have a complete organic system, so it uses the DNA and RNA duplicator in the cells of the body to duplicate its RNA. Now when the RNA of the virus is in thousands in number, it takes control of that cell. After it take control of that first cell, it start to move to other cells in big numbers, until it takes control of the whole organ. At that moment the DNA of the body stops working, because the DNA in fo virus took control. When it takes control, it does what ever it wants to the body. There it start.
A pandemic is caused when a virus spreads from country to country without being able to be contained. When there is no way of stopping the spread of the virus and the amount of people getting the virus go up by the thousands a day, the WHO will declare a pandemic.
The purpose of vaccines is to help build a persons immune system by introducing them to a small amount of the virus.
One of two things can happen: the cell becomes quiet (latent) and activates later or secondly it will break open destroying the cell and casting many virus particles out to infect other cells.
They decrease in numbers but still stay at a high rate
It is not destroyed. It is "hijacked" by a virus so that the host DNA will begin to make virus parts.
This will depend heavily on the virus you are asking about - the influenza virus is relatively hardy while the HIV virus is destroyed pretty quick.
The T-cells inside of your immune system are destroyed by AIDS
i don't know am not smart : (
yes it can be very devastating just last week i was doing work on my computer and i got a virus and the virus destroyed all my memory.
if you click on virus adds your computer will stuff up and have virus
It becomes an active virus
Don't worry, your anti-virus software can handle that.
It is a mutating virus, meaning that everytime our antibodies attack the virus, the virus changes and white blood cells then have to create new antibodies to fight off the new virus, however, the virus keeps on changing, creating an endless circle. Imagine the virus is shaped as a square, and our anibodies are shaped as larger hollow squares to capture them, but then the virus changes shape to a triangle that doesn't fit, so the anitbodies have to go and become triangles etc. This is how it was simplified for me in class.
You lost your money on a virus! You know how to get rid of the virus??
At this point in time, there is no cure for the HIV virus.
