It makes your roll stress free! I like to take Xanax when I know I'm about to start coming down. A Xanax and a blunt at the en of the night gets me feeling great and helps big time with sleep. Also you wake up without anxiety but maybe a little groggy. Some people think my routine is weird but I think it's the best way to do it
