It depends on what kind of paint you eat. My daughter is autistic and put everything in her mouth, she's been eating soap, chewing foam, metal, coin, keys, chewing stone, barks, sand, sucking paint from the brush (it is said non toxic as it is for kids and water base paint) but what I notice from eating paint which has dyed (colouring) she becomes hyper and couldn't sleep at night time. So , it is better not to eat it, especially real paint they use for the wall, etc. It won't be nice for your tummy!!
Without knowing exactly what type of paint it is impossible to say for sure as some paints are non-toxic and some are not (although even the non-toxic ones are not meant to be eaten...).
As such If you have consumed paint or are worried that you or anyone else may have been poisoned in any way you should contact the emergency services even if you currently feel well:
In the USA dial 911
In the United Kingdom dial 999
In Europe dial 112
In the US you can also contact the National Poison Control Center Freephone on:
1-800-222-1222
"This is a free and confidential service... You should call if you have any questions about poisoning or poison prevention. It does NOT need to be an emergency. You can call for any reason, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."
Call the posion control center
The acid in the pop could eat the paint if it is not wiped off soon.
hahah I dont suggest you eat paint. But I think that because paint now a days is not lead based you have a better chance of not dieing if you eat paint.
It depends. If they have lead paint, you may vomit and lose brain cells. Depending on the size, you could choke. DO NOT EAT YOUR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!
It will not kill him or her but it will not do any good.
I always make it a rule not to eat ANY paint.
It depends on the paint; but paint is not supposed to be eaten by anything and so quite possibly will be unsafe to eat.
