Usually nothing happens when you add just oxygen to limewater. It is not water-soluble and will not cause a change to its equilibrium.
Limewater has no effect what so ever with oxygen.
If Lime water is mixed with oxygen, bubbles will appear and the mixed solution will make it cloudy. Lime water can be used to check if carbon dioxide is available in the solution.
If the water isn't already saturated with oxygen, some of the oxygen will dissolve in the water. Other than that, nothing in particular will "happen".
