Your computer uses magnetism to store information. The binary code used by your computer to transmit information at the most basic level, 1s and 0s, are stored by your computer in the form of magnetic charges. 1s are represented by magnetized bits and 0s are represented by unmagnetized bits. (8 bits make up a byte)
Due to this, putting a magnet on your computer may damage information stored in it, as well as possibly corrupting the ROM in your motherboard. ROM is the read only memory that your computer uses to know how to start up.
For these reasons and others, I would highly recommend not putting any magnets anywhere near your computer.
Placing a magnet on the tower of the computer wont do anything. If you place the magnet on any component, it may damage it.
no!!
it attracts
Usually, nothing.
nuthin at all you will have no effect
Nothing. Copper is not magnetic.
you will get seriously hurt
nothing at all
Jam/Jelly has no effect on the magnet or its magnetism, but it will cause the magnet to become sloppy and sticky.
It's not magnetic
when magnet is put into a fire, magnetic field of the magnet ll get disappear( depends on type of magnet)
The magnet will attract the iron, but will not attract the sulphur.
Pretty much any electronics with wires. The metal inside the wires and generally attracted to the magnet. For example, it is a TERRIBLE idea to put a magnet next to or on a computer or computer monitor. It will distort anything and everything inside the computer.
You put a magnet on the hard drive.
