there is no limit, it is a natiral substance , well the 'safe' limit is actually 40mg but ...that them being ultra safe .. you may experience very vivid dreams , sometimes hallucinations. its cant kill you.
It is not enough just to say no, melatonin is a hormone made within the body meaning it already naturally occurs with your body. There is not enough info on the adverse effect of taking extra orally, as a sleep aid, to even know if its truly safe to take it at all. In the past adding extra hormones, instead of using an extra chemical to make the body regulate it itself, has caused unwanted if not extreme adverse effects. Also the amount in a store bought supplement pill is about 1% to 2% per pill leaving an extra 98% to 99% that is inactive, even if you did snort it would have little to no effect (do to the dilution in the powder[about 3mg :293mg]). So no it is impossible to know if it is unsafe but it can't end in any good result or high, plus it burns like hell (from experience)

You die!!
Snorting Hydrocodone is never safe...
The is NO medical contraindications to the taking of them both. It SHOULD be safe.
Melatonin is a natural chemical created in your body, so no it is NOT bad for your heart. Melatonin vitamins can be bad for your body but your heart is safe.
Of course not
Yeh...Probably not. Unless you want to get really smashed
melatonin can is produced naturally by the body, mostly after sun exposure. it should be safe to take in moderation but is not advised. Taking it every night without being told to by a doctor could case side-effects
1 mcg
You should not be "snorting" anything. It is a dangerous thing, and can lead to an unhealthy addiction. I am positive that nothing good will come of it. Minocycline may be a helpful treatment as an antibiotic, but nothing is safe when "snorting".
The question should be: is it safe to take melatonin before, during or after drinking wine or alcohol?
Probably.
There's been no evidence that melatonin is a drug that is capable of an OD. Personally, I've taken several mgs (upwards of 20) and was fine. The only drawback is that you'll feel very groggy in the morning. Also, don't use too much, well, too much. Melatonin is a naturally occurring drug that is excreted from the pineal gland in the absence of light. If you continue to regularly take melatonin every night, it can temporarily disrupt melatonin production in the brain. It's not life-threatening by any means, but it can severely disrupt your natural sleep schedule.
Well I did like 20 minutes ago and my breathing is irregular but thats it, I'll comment again in the morning lol
