You just clean it up! If you pierce your ear, your ear usually won't bleed a lot, some people and some piercings bleed more than others, don't worry too much about it.
So, all you have to do is to clean your ear everyday with a cleaning solution - antibacterial soap and warm water, a special piercing cleaning liquid purchased from your piercer, or with a sea salt soak (half a teaspoon of sea salt added to boiling water, allowed to cool and applied to the piercing for a few minutes twice a day.)
