Take art classes or design if your school has it - those will help you with the graphic design part of it. Then take whatever computer classes your school offers, even if it is just business/typing class. If it offers programming definitely take that. These two very different types of classes are both useful in web design as you need both a technical background and an artistic background to be a successful web designer. And don't forget extracurriculars - volunteer to help design websites for your clubs and classes and you will get great experience.

How to create vector art on adobe illustrator. Also need to learn Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop fairly well. Also idk if this counts as graphic design but we do screen printing and press work.

To be a fully licensed graphical designer, I think you should know how to use programs like Photoshop CS or something like that. You should studie for it on school and know how to use a computer. You can't just go and design, even if you are a pro at Photoshop.
