There's not a lot of human foods that rabbits can eat. Rabbits can't eat any human snacks or foods prepared for humans: no breads, cereal, cookies, pasta, chips, etc.

Rabbits and humans can both eat certain fresh foods -- certain fruits and vegetables -- like apples, small celery pieces, lettuce, and carrots. Some people give their rabbits spinach, dandelion, Brussels sprouts, Romaine lettuce, carrots, strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, bok choy, red cabbage, kale, parsley, cilantro, and chard. The cranberries are just a treat.

All fruits and most vegetables are only good as a treat: too much will make the rabbit sick. Generally speaking, dark leafy greens are the best kind of veg for rabbits.
