There can't be an icon without attachment. If there is an icon there must be an attachment. Some times they are in lower part so we are not able to see.
Adding a picture can be in an attachment or in Google Drive. The pin icon can be used to add attachment. The picture icon can be used for Drive.
One can use an email attachment by selecting the file they want to share and dragging it into the attachment icon or click on the attachment, select the file from the box and click ok.
A camera icon is a little picture or symbol on the menu settings which indicate an option on the camera. An icon which shows a flash symbol would indicate one is working in the flash area settings.
If it is hotmail, you will see a little icon that looks like a paperclip. If you see that, then you will know there is an attachment in the message you have received.
Sending an attachment is a kid's work. You have to go to the pin icon on the bottom. Click it and browse the item you want to insert.
It indicates that you are really horrible at trying to get us to do your homework for you.
It means there is a problem with either one that comes on.

There a couple of things to indicate whether a website is secure or not. The first thing to look for is https in the URL. The second thing to check for is the lock icon in your browser. This symbol usually appears at the bottom of the window for any page that is secure.
There isn't a percentage icon available on the Moto G. You would need to install a battery percentage app (there's a few in the Google Play Store), or install a launcher which has that feature, or install a custom framework which also has that feature.
