It's probably just a random dream (I have those all the time) but who knows, it might come true.

Dreams are nearly always about the dreamer. In your neighbor's dream, YOU represent some part of HER own life. In dreams, pregnancy usually represents some job or task that is in process, not yet completed. So your neighbor's dream most likely is about some project of her own that is turning out to be twice as difficult as she expected it to be.
