• Begin to incorporate the flour, starting in the well.
  
• As you pull in more flour, keep pushing the flour up to keep the well shape.
  
• When the dough has started coming together, start kneading.
  
• Once the dough is all together, continue kneading for 10 minutes, dusting the board or counter top with additional flour as necessary until the dough is elastic and a little sticky.
  
• Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before using.
