What instrument did Taylor swift play in middle school band?

I don't know if this applies to all Middle schools but at my middle school there's

Woodwinds: Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Bassoon, Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Bass Saxophone.

Brass: Trumpet, French Horn, Baritone, Trombone, Tuba

Percussion Warm-up: Snare drum, Bass drum, Mallet Percussion(Marimba, Xylophone, etc.)

Percussion Performance: Chimes, Timpanis, Drum set, Toys (all the small things like cow bells), Cymbals, Brake drum

Every once and awhile we will have a electric bass and electric guitar.

AP Wulf: Well, it depends what kind of band your school is offering- Concert Band, Jazz Band, Symphonic Band..

I for one chose not to play band at my school, so I wouldn't really know. But, a popular choice at my school for band seems to be the Clarinet.

other choices some schools can offer are

Bari Sax

Bass Clarinet

These instruments are normally not well heard of so kids tend to drift towards the other instruments
