I read that he uses D'Addario XL115 strings for his electrics and D'Addario EXP16 strings for his acoustics. <------------- WRONG!!
John uses Ernie Ball Super Slinkys on his electrics and Ernie Ball Acoustic Coated Slinkys on his acoustics. I don't think that John has ever used D'Addario strings.
