9 degrees higher than -3 degrees = 6
Nine tenths is greater than three tenths.

This question is illogical....and the only awnser possible could be in unreal numbers This might be a stretch. Start with a circle, and a diameter going through the center, 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock. Moving a radius upward from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock is 180 degrees. Keep going another 20 degrees and you have 200 degrees, sweeping from 9 o'clock and going clockwise. That same angle will give you 160 degrees starting at 9 o'clock and sweeping anti-clockwise. So any angle anti-clockwise from 9 o'clock that is greater than zero degrees and less than 160 degrees is in a sense greater than 180 degrees sweeping clockwise. Thinking outside the box is amazingly fun!
3° F = -16.11° C The way to remember the formula is that 212° F = 100° C, and 32° F = 0° C. From this you can derive: F=9/5C+32 The separation between degrees Celsius is wider than the separation of Fahrenheit degrees. There are 5/9 change in degrees Celsius for every degree change of Fahrenheit. So a 3° change Fahrenheit is 15/9 or 5/3 (1-2/3) degree change in Celsius.

I do not know how you define, "higher", but 19 degrees, C is 9 degrees colder than 28 degrees, C.
3 there is no number higher than that for 9.
Nine tenths is greater than three tenths.
264.15 degrees Kelvin is 15 degrees Celsius less than 6 degrees Celsius.
It is 18 degrees colder.
no it would be 18 degrees less
-9 + 6 = -3 -3 + 3 = 0 Answer = 0ºF
-10 C = 32 + -10 x 9/5 = 32 - 18 = 14 F greater than 10 F
-9 deg C.
