In The Movies Though She Does In fact Wear Some Jewelery But Not Very Much. She Also Has An Issue With Wearing Her Engagement Ring (As She Is Engaged To Edward In Eclipse).
Bella has issues with her ring in the film b/c she doesn't want to hurt Jacob & clearly has no issues with jewelry. But in the book she loathes jewelry & feels that Edward has given her too much already.
Yes, Bella does like jewelry. She often wears a simple, delicate heart-shaped charm bracelet that serves as a symbol of her love for Edward.
