Belief in the the Salvific nature of Christ as redeemer- saving grace, as it were. Belief in the Divine nature of the trinity, some faiths differ on this, why not start with the basic belief that God as the Lord and Giver of Life- well made Human Life sacred and all forms-or almost all,of Homicide are utterly repugnant to HIM. for this reason Suicide was often considered the (Unpardonable) deed as it directly violate the Holy Ghost of God as Master of spirit and life- one"s life is not (Disposable) at times suicides were denied cnurch burial rites. and no the Holy Spirit does not proceed from the 450l which was a trolley car in Brooklyn,. it"s the Father and the Son (some churches have different views on this- three separate Godheads, the Spirit linked to the Father-God head only, and so on. Trrinitarian (wars) over doctrine did occur.
