DST on a G-Shock refers to the "Daylight Saving Time" feature, which allows users to easily adjust the watch for daylight saving time changes. When activated, it automatically shifts the time forward or backward by one hour, depending on the season. This feature helps ensure accurate timekeeping throughout the year without the need for manual adjustments. Users can typically toggle this setting in the watch's mode or settings menu.
