It's a small leak in the eveporative system. It could just be a loose or damaged gas cap. If that doesn't fix it, look under the truck just forward of the gas tank. There's a U shaped hose on the evaporative cannister that frequently erodes from gas vapors. It's an $8.00 dealer part and it's real easy to replace.
