No, Disney Land is better. Way better.
I went to Disney World ages ago and it was great, but the problem is if you spend too much time there you do go a bit mad! So if you are planning to go I suggest you stay there for no more than 7 days.. Last time I went even 5 days was too much! Its very nice and all, don't get me wrong, but theres only Disney pro-grammes on the TV, everywhere you look there's a guy in a Mickey Mouse suit, it all gets too much after a while!

This matter is highly subject to opinion, and frankly, the two resorts each have their own qualities.

Walt Disney World is much, much larger than the Disneyland Resort, with 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, various hotels, and still more undeveloped land. However, due to this large size, the funding must be spread throughout all divisions of the resort.

The Disneyland Resort is Walt Disney's original creation, with only 2 parks and a few hotels and very little extra space. Because of this limit on expansion, however, more funding goes toward maintenance, resulting in more frequently updated attractions and a cleaner atmosphere in general.

All in all, in an unbiased mindset, both the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts are equal to one another. Why don't you try them out for yourself and make your own opinion?
Disney World I think is better because it is bigger and it was built after Disney Land so it's new!!!!!!!!!! And it has newer, advanced, technologies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Noone actually lives in Disney World but the Walt Disney Company did lease land on a 99 year lease to a apartment company. These are not owned, operated, or managed by Disney and they have no Disney benefits (other than living behind Magic Kingdom)

So many people like going to Disney World because of the vast amount of things to do there. Just a few things to do are visit one of four gigantic theme-parks, two water parks, an indoor theme-park and a whole shopping district. There are over 20 hotels on Disney World property, about 80% are Disney owned. Then there are recreational activities such as Golf and water-sports. There literally is something for everyone, with around 350 different places to get food from.
