∙ 11y agoThe Egyptian system of writing was called "Hieroglyphics" . The writing combines logographic, syllabic and alphabetic elements, with a total of some 1,000 distinct characters.
By "our system writing" if you mean the Roman alphabet, then this only has 26 letters where each letter contributes a sound to make a word. There are about 172 thousand words in English.

Latin was written in capital letters, and they had some letters that we see differently today e.g. V=U

it had picture symbols and ours today has no picture symbols. it different from cuneiform becuse cuneiform has more lettter symbols thhen picture
