Any resource that is not renewable, or self-renewing, cannot be replaced (at least, not in our lifetime).

Fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) are a good example, as they took hundreds of millions of years to turn from organic material to fuel.

All fossil fuel could not be reused: oil, natural gas, wood, and coal. Nuclear fuel when got out of the nuclear reactor could be reprocessed to get uranium and plutonium from to be resided again as fuel.
