P0306 means that the cylinder 6 plug isn't firing properly, either due to a bad plug, wire, or coil. I may also involve vacuum leaks or fuel delivery problems, but is usually related to the electrical system. Check out the coil over plug boot, if the car has a lot of miles, it might very well be just the boot leaking due to oil or water intrusion, or a crack in the boot. It is possible that the coil has a short, but it might just be dirty or otherwise crudded up. Hope this helps!
Trouble code P0436 means:Catalyst temperature sensor range/performance
You will need to take it somewhere that has a scan tool that can read the code then erase it. If something is wrong (a bad sensor,etc.) the light will come back on.
#2 fuel injector control circuit malfunction.
Trouble code P1409 means: EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Circuit
I would recommend that you get a shop manual for this vehicle. It will tell you how to find the fault codes and what they mean.
A scan tool or code reader is required to read the trouble codes on a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country.

Depending on which tester you used to determine the code look at the teters manual
P0700, code present in transmission computer.You need to have the tcm checked for codes.
Cylinders 2 and 6 are misfiring. P0300 is random misfire. Start with a basic tune up.
Trouble code P0135 means:O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0700, transmission code present. This code is stored in the engine computer when the transmission computer has detected a malfunction and set a code. You need to have the transmission computer scanned for codes.
