Brisingr is the third book in the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini. The book switches from both Eragon and Roran's point-of-view just like it did in Eldest. It follows the lives of both men and about their battles to take down Galbatorix with the vardens help. Not only that, but since the dwarf king has been killed, a new king has to be chosen from the remaining leaders of all the dwarf tribes. Not only does Eragon have to fight against the Empire, but he also has to fight Murtagh who is Eragons half-brother, related only through their mother. Eragon finds out that his father was not Morzan like Murtagh but was really Brom. Eragon gets a dragon riders sword made for him and he names it Brisingr which means fire in the ancient language. When he said brisingr while holding the sword, the sword itself errupts into flames itself. At the end of the book, Oromis and Glaedr (Eragon's teachers) both are slain by Galbatorix.
The Heart of Hearts. It is where a dragon can store all of its soul so when its body dies it can live on and give its power as a residual source to its dragon rider.
