This is a Christianized version of the Hebrew phrase Adonai rafa (יהוה רפא).
(The so-called English J-word used in this question is not a real Hebrew word. It's a Christian mistranslation, that includes incorrect vowels.)

This is a Christian word for the name of God. It is the result of a mistake made by 11th Century Christians when they first started learning Hebrew. They didn't understand a Jewish spelling convention for substituting the name of God for another word, and they created this word by accident.

We only know the consonants of the name of God, which are YHVH. The vowels are unknown, and we do not guess. Jewish tradition is to never pronounce this word out loud. Jews substitute the word Adonai when they come to this word in the Hebrew texts. In order to remind the reader to say "Adonai", the vowels of Adonai were inserted into the word YHVH. These aren't the real vowels for this word.

No one knows what YHVH means, but the root of this word is the same as the root for the Hebrew verb "to be".

Jehovah is a Christian rendering of the Hebrew name for God, and is not a real Hebrew word. Rapha means "healed". So it would mean "God healed".

It means "He causes to become." This is a fitting name for the one who not only created all things, but the one who can also use his power in any way necessary to accomplish His purpose.

What religion uses Jehovah Rapha for healing?

Jehovah Rapha is found in Exodus 15:26 as a transliteration of the Hebrew meaning God heals. It is not found in the Masoretic or most modern texts. It simply refers to one of the many characteristics of God. As such, many denominations will refer to this in healing rites like some Baptists. As key 'marks' have been lost to time in the pronunciation of God's name 'YHWH' commonly spoken Yahweh and more recently as just Yah, the attempt by some in Christianity to come up with a way to say it became Jehovah. Many disagree with this usage as a name for God.

Where can I find the word 'Jehovah Rapha' in the bible?

Jehovah Rapha can be found in the Bible, however it cannot be found in any modern translation (i.e. NIV, ESV) because of the translation method. The word Jehovah Rapha does appear in the Masoretic Text, which is the Old Testament manuscripts which have been maintained by the Levite priests since the original manuscript was written. In the Hebrew(Read from right to left) of Exodus 15:26: "ויאמר אם שׁמוע תשׁמע לקול יהוה אלהיך והישׁר בעיניו תעשׂה והאזנת למצותיו ושׁמרת כל חקיו כל המחלה אשׁר שׂמתי במצרים לא אשׂים עליך כי אני יהוה רפאך׃" The phrase "יהוה רפאך" is transliterated as "Jehovah Rapha".
