Deidaras ability is to manipulate clay, fusing his chakra with it to create things such as spiders and bugs that explode on command. In a way it kind of does. It is called tag missions you pick a character and a partner if you're not doing ad hoc mode with other real players. Your partner is a CPU player which you have already unlocked and you face characters like naruto, kakashi and sakura. Sasuke and madara :p

"Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is not a time skip of the original "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" series. It is more of a sequel that continues the story from where the original series left off. It follows the same characters and general premise, rather than introducing a significant time skip like in "Naruto Shippuden" or "One Piece."
Plot of NarutoShippuden?
Naruto returns from two and a half years of training with Toad Sage Jiraiya and gets adjusted to his comrades again. Everything seems fine, but the Village Hidden in the Wind is being invaded by the akatsuki, the partners who are mysteriously gaining all the tailed beasts in the entire world and are close suceeding with Gaara's for they kidnap him and leave Kankuro seriously injured by Sasori and Deidara. Naruto and his teammates try to save Gaara while they come closer to finding details about their lost comrade, Sasuke and Orochimaru's plan for him as well as the Akatsuki's for Naruto and Gaara!
