no such thing as placement of shooting badges on dress blue "alphas." the alphas are the jacket with large medals. the dress blue "bravo" is the blues jacket worn with ribbons and badges.

I don't know about Army Aircrew wings but you are authorized to wear Navy Aircrew Wings in the Air Force, if you can manage to get them. Best bet is to check Air Force Uniform Regulations publications.

Under the Laws of War, soldiers dress in uniform. The uniforms can be anything--you could dress your army in blue jeans and work shirts, like the Navy did--but they have to be recognizable as the uniform of that army.

They are various awards, decorations, and skill badges. They are the same decorations worn on a male dress blue uniform. Instead of ribbons, soldiers (both male and female) sometimes wear miniature versions of the medal on their dress blue uniforms.

I'm guessing you mean the shoulder cord that we wear in our dress uniforms. There is no set color for the whole army, mostly the cord is reserved for combat MOS's, Infantry wears blue, Artillery wears a red one. Not really sure of all the different colors that are authorized but vanguardmil.com has all of the cords colors, and which MOS is authorized that color.
