There are times that we must need to give a copy of a file to someone who is operating the computer far from us. The easiest way to do this is to use a file transfer program or websites. File sharing websites support real-time, meaning when you modify something in your file or when you upload a new file, any changes will reflect quickly. Lastly, it supports multi-user. No matter how many users are working together, they can edit the file at the same time. These features are also helpful because users won't wait for the changes to happen. Updates are fast and efficient
