Yes, very much. He had people all around him say HORRIBLE things to him and he also had a bomb that was put in his house and could have killed his family but that did not stop him. Then a bullet did but if that bullet did not kill him, he would have not stopped. He did too go to jail many times too! But no, he still went on until he was so famous that after his death they changed everything.

Dr. King faced death many times. His house was fire-bombed, and he was arrested. He led a bus boycott after there was an arrest concerning seating of the bus. By fighting for rights, he had endangered himself and his whole family. But, he still kept on fighting for what he knew was right, and he could not be deterred and he did not give up.
