Impossible to tell without pictures.
You will have to seek a qualified appraiser. Values will vary based on the type of engraving, inlay(s), and name of engraver.
Highest grade engraving with gold/silver inlay.
1931-1940 and then 1948-1960. I believe only the midas grade had a gold trigger. It should also have gold inlay of a dog and ducks.
Impossible to answer. Is it factory done? Aftermarket? If aftermarket, who did it? Are they known in the engraving community? What is overall condition? How much and type of inlay? You need to contact Browning. For about 40 USD you can get a letter on it. Value could be a few hundred or multiple thousands.
Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
