ALL American coins have the word LIBERTY on them, so "liberty dollar" isn't specific enough to ID the coin.
If you mean a small, brass-colored dollar with Sacajawea on the front, it's worth exactly $1.
If you mean a large silver coin that says "1 oz" on the back, it's a bullion coin and not a dollar meant for spending. Please see the Related Question for more.

There is no such thing as a Liberty dollar coin minted in 2000. There is however the Sacajawea dollar which was minted in brass, and unless in proof condition it is only worth $1.
