A PCT in the medical field is intially called a Patient Care Technician, they are basically a certified nursing assistant but the difference is that they work in a hospital and they do phlebotomy and ekgs. They have more expereince than a CNA would have who workes in a nursing home who only does patient care.

What does high pct indicate?

A high percentage (pct) typically indicates a strong performance or outcome in a specific context, such as sales, success rates, or efficiency metrics. In medical contexts, for instance, a high pct (like a high percentage of certain cells in blood tests) can suggest an underlying condition or health status.
