It is actually "The Ric-a-Dam-Doo", the colors (or flag) of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.

Ric-a-Dam-Doo is Gaelic for "cloth of your mother".

Princess Patricia (hence the name of the song, "Princess Pat"), designed and made the colors by hand. The flag is red with a royal blue circular center. The initials VP (for Victoria Patricia) are in gold in the center of the circle.
It is something made by the Princess Pat. It's red and gold, and purple too.
