If you want to age them faster just buy them a birthday cake at any time and make them blow out the candles.

I'm not sure.... but why not do it the natural way? If you don't want your sims to age while they are pregnant disable aging in options.

You must have the aging cheat turned off to have a baby that ages properly because the ageing cheat affects everyone in the household.
