Your gun is made by J. Stevens A&T Co. and is called a Gallery No. 80. The gun is a pump 22 cal rifle. The one I have has a selector for Shorts, Longs and Long Rifle 22's. It also has a thumb trigger, as well as a regular trigger. It also has a round in the chamber indicator on the chanber top.
They were made from 1906, to 1910, and are worth $300 in very good condition to $150 in fair condition. I do believe not many are available to collectors, making this model very rare. Hope this help you price it.
Best regards,
Ernie

Seven millimeters is just about .28 inches, bigger than a .22, smaller than a .30 caliber. The actual bullet diameter will vary a thousandth or two, to allow for the rifling in the weapon. The 7mm bullet measures .284 in.If you were to want to shoot cast bullets in a 7mm rifle the size needed will be .285-.286in.for best accuracy.

Depends on make and model of the firearm. In general, most .25 ACP pistols have a six or seven round magazine.

User Avatar

Depends on which pistol you had in mind. For semi automatic pistols, 10 rounds is usually the norm. Revolvers may hold six or seven. Of course, there are those oddities, such as pistols manufactured from 10/22 receivers (these have to be assembled from newly manufactured aftermarket receivers to be classed as pistols - if they're manufactured from receivers which were already used to manufacture a rifle with, it's no longer considered a pistol, but a short barreled rifle), and those can accept any capacity magazine designed for the 10/22.

By "gun", you could be referring to anything from a pistol up to a howitzer. A rifle will generally weigh between seven and 11 lbs, depending on what type it is.

The Marlin 989M2 .22 caliber semiautomatic rifle was made from 1965-78. It was originally sold with a seven round box magazine (what some people call a clip) but the modern (written in 2012) Marlin brand 10 round or 7 round nickel magazines work fine in the 989M2. As extra information be aware that a "twin" of the 989M2 was made with a tubular magazine, holding nine rounds, and that twin is the 99M1 made from 1964-78. These two Marlin rifles are nicely made models with walnut stocks and handguards. They were made to look like the M-1 Carbine military rifle.

Sure it isn't 75863m69? That would be in 1969, or maybe the 9 is an eight or seven. which would indicate 1968 or 1967
