Probably a cyst. You can usually apply hot wet compresses to it a couple of times a day to help it go down. If you try to pop it open, it may leave a small hole in the back of your ear so I would suggest the hot compress. If it doesn't go down, see you doctor & they can drain it for you. It will likely occur again in the same area based on my experiene. You could also try Tea Tree Oil, apply with a Q-Tip about two-three times a day. Mine went away and never came back.
