Constants are the things that are kept the same each time one of the trials in the experiment is repeated. For example, constants could include the amount of water used, the brand of effervescent tablet used, the type of water used, and the fact that the water was not stirred. As many outside factors as possible should be kept constant in an experiment so that the researcher can be sure that any changes that occur do so because of the independent variable.

The constant or the control.
the difference between a constant in a graph and a constant in a experiment is that when on a graph, the constant is the thing that changes, and in a experiment it is the part that stays the same.
That depends on the experiment.
A constant variable is one that does not change during an experiment. If your experiment includes a dozen cupcakes and that number does not change throughout your experiment, the dozen cupcakes is a constant variable.
A variable in an experiment that stays the same is a constant.
To use constant in a science question, first know that constant in science means a variable that does not change in an experiment. Variables are the different factors that can change in an experiment. For example, a sentence that includes the science word of constant could be: For this experiment, the constant would be... and then you write the constant.
The factor that doesnt change in your experiment
Constant variable
All variables except one, the experimental variable, are kept constant in an experiment.
A variable in an experiment that stays the same is a constant.
The factor that doesnt change in your experiment
A constant factor is one maintained unchanged throughout an experiment so that it does not affect the outcome. These are also referred to as controlled variables.
