a disk drive is a hard drive on your computer for memory storage. all computers have them, its where my documents is and all your files, although you can buy a second or third or fourth disk drive. its just the way a computer reads a memory card or hard drive

In the computer industry this is very important as we live in a world of technology and everything we do needs to be stored so one can continue to access it. Storage of files is transferred and compressed down to a size that the disk can store it in. This could include files or presentations for work or school work.
