I would suggest a name that is related to light, or brightness, or a name that is often thought to be related by the general public. Also, I'm assuming you are looking for a single word to use, as in "Solar" or "Project Solar." Some suggestions are:
Radiance / Radiant
Luminance
Illuminance
Lumen
If you want my personal opinion, I would take one of those words, and maybe kind of "make it your own" - shorten it, spell it differently, combine two words, etc. My personal suggestion for your project name is:
Illumina
It's not quite Illuminate / Illuminance, and it sounds kind of catchy. **edit** I actually just did a quick wiki search, and there is a biotechnology company based out of San Diego, CA named Illumina. I don't know if this would affect your decision or not, but I just thought I'd give you a heads up.
Either way, I hope you choose Illumina!

Go Green with the Sun is one of the good title for a project on solar energy.

Your science project title should reflect the science you're trying to show off, and the best titles are funny, interesting, or catchy.
How Fast Does it Take to Dissolve the Pain? That good?
There are so many ways of coming up with a catchy title for animals. A good title would be, 'care for animals and live on!'
"Sticky Solutions: Unraveling the Science of Adhesives"

A science fair project about Dream analysis would be a good idea. You can tell why dreams occur, are they symbolic, what do they refer to, etc.

And we sincerely hope you come up with one. The title may help capture the judges' attention, and could slightly influence their opinion of the whole project. We wish you all the best.
"Fertilize for good" but get some people to think this is a good one idea, hope this helps and good luck!
